Escape to the Hill Country
Join us for an exclusive event for content creators at The Bygone, located in beautiful Wimberley, Texas. We provide the perfect mix of relaxation, creativity, and meaningful connection, all set against the charming backdrop of the Hill Country. Enjoy making custom pizzas on the lawn, watching a movie, and indulging in s’mores under the stars.
The Schedule
10 AM - 3 PM | Arrival & Open Lounge
Arrive anytime between 10 AM and 3 PM and start your day however you’d like! Work quietly in your room, lounge by the pool, explore the scenic surroundings, hike the local trails, or wander into town for a bite or a little shopping. The choice is yours!
3 PM | Official Check-In
Meet with Chris to get settled, and then take some time to explore Wimberley Square. Stroll through this enchanting area filled with unique shops, local cafes, and a relaxing small-town vibe. Get a feel for Wimberley’s charm while connecting with fellow creators before the evening’s festivities begin.
4:30 PM - 5:30 PM | Meet and Greet
Join us back at The Bygone for a casual meet and greet in the lounge. This is your opportunity to network, chat, and make connections with other content creators while enjoying a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
6 PM | Dinner
Settle in for Custom, freshly made pizzas on the outdoor pizza oven. Whether you’re a pizza purist or salad lover, this meal is all about coming together, enjoying great food, and building community.
7 PM | Movie on the Skydeck
Grab a cozy blanket and settle in for an outdoor movie under the stars. The open-air lawn at The Bygone offers the perfect setup for a memorable movie night with your new creative friends.
9 PM | S’mores by the Fire
Cap off the evening with classic s’mores by the fire. Nothing says community quite like sharing stories and laughter around a warm fire — a perfect way to end the night!
