1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by The Bygone Hotel (“Sponsor”), located in Wimberley, Texas.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
 Employees of The Bygone Hotel, Amuse Events, their affiliates, vendors, and their immediate family members (or those living in the same household) are not eligible.
 Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway opens on November 5, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. CST and closes on
 December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CST (“Entry Period”).
 All entries must be received within this timeframe.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must, during the Entry Period:

1. Follow @the.bygone and @amuseeventco on Instagram

2. Like and share the official giveaway post

3. Complete the entry form linked on The Bygone website and Instagram bio

One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. No purchase necessary.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following (“Prize”):

• Waiver of venue fee + rehearsal dinner venue fee at The Bygone Hotel
   (approx. retail value: $10,000)
   Includes tables, chairs, linens, and venue staff for up to 100 guests.

• Complimentary wedding planning consultation by Amuse Events
   (approx. retail value: $1,000)

Prize does NOT include:
 Accommodations, food & beverage, florals, décor, vendors, or any services not specifically listed above.
 Winner is responsible for all additional costs.

The event must not exceed 100 guests. If it does, additional fees may apply.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Drawing will be held on or about January 1, 2026, and winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Winner Requirements

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
 Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner may be required to sign:

• Affidavit of eligibility

• Liability / publicity release

Failure to execute paperwork within 10 days may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
 If technical or other problems compromise the integrity of the giveaway, Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway as permitted by law.

9. Taxes

If required by law, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the prize.
 Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

10. Publicity Release

By entering, participants allow The Bygone Hotel and Amuse Events to use their name, photos, image, or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Compliance With Texas Law

This giveaway complies with Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapters 621–622.
 No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless The Bygone Hotel, Amuse Events, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability related to participation or acceptance/use of the prize.

13. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
