Our spaces can accommodate Up to 150 max attendees, 44 of whom can stay onsite.

AVERAGE VENUE EVENT FEE: $3k–$6k

Please note: Lodging ($300-400/rm/nt) not included. We can discount the venue fee and/or room rates for 3+ night stays or events held during the winter or weeknight.

Exclusive Venue Access: Enjoy all of our event spaces for the night or weekend: including the Pool Deck, East Lawn, Sky Deck, and The Den. Add on our 16 beautiful rooms to have exclusive access to your own private resort wedding weekend!

THE READING ROOM

Located on the second floor, the 300 sq ft Reading Room is ideal for intimate gatherings of up to 20 guests. This AV-equipped space features configurable tables and chairs, a cozy fireplace, a Samsung Frame TV, and stunning views of the Blanco River Valley. It's perfect for meetings, workshops, or small social events.
SKY DECK

A serene rooftop retreat designed for yoga, meditation, and ceremonies. Overlooking hilltop nature views, this open-air space offers a tranquil escape. Located on the East Lawn.
HILLTOP POOL & DECK

A heated hilltop pool with lounge chairs, a bar, and sweeping views of the Blanco River Valley. Perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and sipping drinks, it also serves as a stunning open-air venue for dinners, cocktail receptions, and casual gatherings.
THE LAWN & HARPER'S BAR

This inviting outdoor space is perfect for sipping cocktails, playing bocce, and gathering with friends. A laid-back retreat designed for effortless socializing. With cozy seating, fresh air, and a relaxed atmosphere.
THE DEN LOUNGE, DECK & BAR

The Den provides a modern, cozy setting perfect for cocktail hour or breakfast. Adjacent to spacious decks and lounge areas, guests can enjoy the views, engage in meaningful conversations, or celebrate together, enhancing the retreat experience.
COOPERSMITH WINE DECK & BAR
