  • Yes! Many guests attend solo. This retreat is designed to be welcoming, with a balance of community time and personal space.

  • Your yoga mat if you have one, swimsuit, comfortable clothes for movement and lounging, a water bottle, and anything that helps you relax (like a journal or favorite book). We’ll send a full packing list after you register.

  • Yes, our hotel is pet friendly. 2 pets per room.

  • Not at all. Everything is beginner-friendly and optional—you can participate as much or as little as you’d like.

We’re located 45 minutes from Austin, TX. We offer a shuttle service from the Austin airport to our hotel. We’re 30 minutes from San Antonio. Guests are welcome to drive or fly in. We offer free parking on-site.
